NAIROBI REALTORS SUMMIT
Event Terms and Conditions

By registering, purchasing a ticket, reserving a booth, attending, sponsoring, exhibiting, or participating in any Nairobi Realtors Summit event, including the Agent Breakfast and Nairobi Realtors Summit Season 3, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Event Registration

All attendees, agents, exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, and guests are required to register through the official registration channels provided by Nairobi Realtors Summit. Registration details must be accurate and complete.

The organizers reserve the right to verify registrations and deny entry where false, incomplete, or misleading information has been provided.

2. Event Admission

Admission to the event is subject to successful registration, confirmation, and where applicable, payment of the required ticket, booth, corporate table, sponsorship, or participation fee.

Attendees may be required to present confirmation details, identification, or proof of payment at the entrance.

3. Tickets, Payments and Refunds

All payments should be made only through official payment channels communicated by Nairobi Realtors Summit.

Tickets, booths, corporate tables, and sponsorship packages are confirmed only after payment has been received and acknowledged.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments are non-refundable.

4. Event Changes

Nairobi Realtors Summit reserves the right to make changes to the event programme, speakers, panelists, venue layout, session timings, partners, sponsors, or event format where necessary.

In the event of unavoidable changes, postponement, or rescheduling, attendees will be notified through the official communication channels.

5. Photography, Videography and Media Rights

By attending the event, you acknowledge and agree that Nairobi Realtors Summit, its organizers, media partners, photographers, videographers, sponsors, and authorized representatives may take photographs, videos, audio recordings, interviews, and other media content during the event.

You grant Nairobi Realtors Summit the right to use, publish, reproduce, edit, display, and distribute your image, likeness, voice, name, company name, and participation in photos, videos, promotional materials, social media posts, websites, press releases, event highlights, advertisements, reports, and future marketing materials.

This consent is granted without any expectation of payment, compensation, approval, or further notice.

Any attendee who does not wish to appear in close-up photography or video coverage should inform the event organizers in writing before the event or notify the registration desk on arrival. The organizers will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, but cannot guarantee exclusion from wide-angle crowd shots, live sessions, or general event coverage.

6. Use of Event Materials

All event materials, including presentations, programmes, banners, digital content, logos, videos, photographs, brochures, and summit publications, remain the property of Nairobi Realtors Summit or the respective content owners.

Attendees may not copy, reproduce, sell, distribute, or use official event materials for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the organizers.

7. Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully.

Harassment, discrimination, abusive language, disruptive behaviour, unauthorized selling, misrepresentation, fraud, or any conduct that affects the safety, dignity, or experience of other participants will not be tolerated.

The organizers reserve the right to remove any person from the event without refund where misconduct occurs.

8. Networking and Business Engagements

Nairobi Realtors Summit provides a platform for networking, learning, marketing, business exposure, and industry engagement.

Any business transaction, partnership, sale, investment discussion, agency engagement, or agreement entered into between attendees, agents, developers, exhibitors, sponsors, or third parties is done independently between those parties.

Nairobi Realtors Summit is not responsible for the outcome of private business dealings made during or after the event.

9. Exhibitors, Sponsors and Partners

Exhibitors, sponsors, and partners are responsible for the accuracy of the information, products, services, offers, and promotional materials they present during the event.

The organizers reserve the right to decline or remove any promotional material that is misleading, offensive, unlawful, or inconsistent with the values of the event.

10. Health, Safety and Security

Attendees must comply with all venue rules, security procedures, health and safety guidelines, and instructions issued by the organizers or venue management.

The organizers are not liable for loss, theft, injury, damage, delays, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

11. Personal Data and Communication

By registering for the event, you consent to Nairobi Realtors Summit collecting and using your personal information for event registration, communication, attendance management, marketing, follow-up, and future event updates.

Your contact details may be used to send information related to Nairobi Realtors Summit, its programmes, offers, invitations, and related real estate networking opportunities.

The organizers will take reasonable steps to protect attendee information and will not intentionally misuse personal data.

12. Limitation of Liability

Nairobi Realtors Summit, its organizers, partners, employees, agents, sponsors, and representatives shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, cost, business loss, personal loss, or claim arising from attendance, participation, networking, travel, accommodation, third-party engagements, or changes to the event.

Attendees participate at their own risk and are encouraged to take personal responsibility for their belongings and engagements.

13. Force Majeure

The organizers shall not be held liable for cancellation, postponement, interruption, or alteration of the event due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government directives, security concerns, venue restrictions, public health issues, strikes, technical failures, or other unforeseen events.

14. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Kenya. Any dispute arising from the event shall first be handled through good-faith discussion, and where unresolved, may be referred to the appropriate legal forum in Kenya.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, attending, sponsoring, exhibiting, speaking, or participating in Nairobi Realtors Summit events, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
